Yes. It's a structured helmet shape with foam padding and a moulded face cage on the front, so it holds its form when you put it up. It isn't a picture of a helmet printed onto a flat hood. Flip it down and it sits like a normal hood.

Go by height, not your usual clothing size — it's a full-length onesie so height matters more.
S — 5'0"–5'3"
M — 5'4"–5'7"
L — 5'8"–5'11"
XL — 6'0"–6'3"
It's cut relaxed and oversized on purpose. If you're between two sizes, size up.

Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Don't iron the chest crest or the helmet hood. The fleece gets softer after the first wash. It's unisex. Same cut for everyone — just pick your height bracket from the chart above.
